Derek's places of employment have been on the receiving end of numerous industry acknowledgements, most recently as the head of the Best of Award of Excellence wine program (by Wine Spectator Magazine) at Lakeside Restaurant inside the Forbes 5-star resort, Wynn Las Vegas."
While I was formally educated in Organizational Leadership, as well as holding multiple certifications in hospitality management, I believe that my experience & ability to learn new tasks quickly is the real value I bring to organizations as an employee or consultant.
I have taught myself masters level project management, having been leading a team of technology developers in India for the past 3 years, with my wine & hospitality experience culminating into multiple original development projects. Currently, I am consulting on a restaurant project in Greenwich Village, New York while developing my technology products. - Derek
