I am a lifelong hospitality professional with experience working for some of the most successful chefs, restaurateurs and corporations in the Untied States. I have experience managing and developing beverage programs, leading large teams across different styles of F & B venues and developing training programs for hospitality employees. While my education and experience are important, it is my ability to iterate and execute solutions that set me apart.

I have a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, with focus on formulas, lookup functions and pivot tables. I am currently furthering my business analysis acumen with this program.

I have a solid understanding of Profit & Loss analysis, specifically in the realm of Hospitality Management.
