My Journey

For over two decades, I've dedicated myself to the hospitality industry, serving more than 200,000 guests and leading teams across award-winning restaurants and resorts. As a sommelier and wine director, I've spent over 30,000 hours developing expertise that has shaped training programs for Fortune 500 companies and Michelin-starred establishments.

My transition into technology began with a simple observation: the hospitality industry needed better digital solutions. This led me to create my first technology project in 2019, the Virtual Restaurant Manager—an application designed to connect managers and employees while addressing common operational challenges. Working with a development team in Jaipur, India, I successfully completed the build in 2021.
